The rental features a reverse floor plan for optimal views, all bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, with the living area and another bathroom upstairs, an oversized 1-car garage, large upper deck and Lake Tahoe peak views. The cabin is equipped with cable televisions in the living area and in each bedroom, VCR/DVD players, stereo w/CD player, full-capacity washer/dryer, wood burning stove with glass surrounding; and, as an added bonus there is a sauna and access to Tahoe Park's private beach area.

In the winter months, many Lake Tahoe Ski Resorts are nearby; Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts are the closest. Paige Meadows is only steps away for ski in and ski out cross-country skiing, (hiking, and mountain biking).

The summer months offer hiking, fishing, bike riding, boating, swimming, Tahoe Park's private beach, river rafting, and much more . .

Restaurants and shopping are close by in Tahoe City, and surrounding area.

If you want gambling, the nearest casinos are Crystal Bay and Cal-Neva about 15 minutes away, Incline Village about half an hour; or, South Shore and Reno are about an hour away.
